Two Jennings County residents face at least four drug-related charges after their arrest by police early Monday.
Kolin McDonald, 52, and Kevin Burton, 50, both of North Vernon, face Class B felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, Class D felony charges of possession of a hypodermic needle and Class A misdemeanor charges of possession of paraphernalia, according to a news release from Officer Justin Black.
Black, North Vernon Police Department’s public information officer, also said McDonald faces a Class D felony charge of maintaining a
common nuisance, while Burton faces a Class B misdemeanor charge of visiting a common nuisance.
