2 sentenced for felony dealing, possession charges


Two Jackson County residents arrested on charges related to methamphetamine after a traffic stop earlier this year in Freetown recently were sentenced in Jackson Circuit Court.

Kenneth J. Loudermilk, 27, of Brownstown was found guilty of dealing in methamphetamine, a Class B felony, and received a 10-year prison term from Jackson Circuit Judge Bill Vance.

Vance suspended four of those years and gave Loudermilk 198 days’ credit for time served and 198 days’ credit time.
