Mitchell Perry, Nick Stahl and Lance Hackman left Wooded View Golf Course on Saturday with all-Mid-Southern Conference honors.
While the Brownstown Central golfers celebrated that accomplishment, they realized they left strokes out on the course.
“I had a few drives that were in the woods just a little bit, and I had to punch out and took a few bogeys because of that,” said Perry, a junior who shot a career-best 79 in leading the Braves.
“I wasn’t rolling the ball very well,” said Stahl, a senior who carded 80 for the second straight year. “I didn’t hit very many putts that I should have hit. I bogeyed the last hole, three-putted from about five feet to shoot 80.”
