Kiwanis fundraiser: A rose by any other name won’t help kids

Kiwanis Club of Seymour is conducting its annual rose sale fundraiser with all proceeds benefiting area children.

A dozen red roses are available for $15, club member Karen Brooks said. The roses will be delivered in clear plastic with baby’s breath and greenery and can be delivered in the evening May 7 or any time May 8.

They make a good Mother’s Day present or a gift for family and co-workers, Brooks said.
