The search for a man accused of robbing a credit union and a bank in Jackson County on Aug. 28 came to an end Wednesday with his capture on Cincinnati's north side.
Evan Stewart, 22, of Shelbyville, was arrested by police after he was found in Forest Park, Ohio.
Sgt. Noel Houze, public information officer with the state police, said he did not have any details about Stewart's arrest or why he might have been in the Cincinnati area on Wednesday.
Stewart had been sought for two robberies in Cincinnati and two in Louisville, Kentucky.
