Addition’s final phase gets OK

Jackson County commissioners approved the infrastructure for the final phase of a housing addition — expected to fill some of a need for quality, affordable housing — south of Seymour.

Engineer Ron Ratliff, representing Leslie Lake and Country Club Inc. developer Wally Pfaffenberger, told commissioners Tuesday morning that the 18-lot subdivision is the third phase of Hoevener addition, just west of County Road 975E.

The 18 lots — to be built on a 7.83-acre site — will bring the total lots in the addition to 90.
