After ‘rebuilding,’ Colts can add key pieces



At the time of the housecleaning, Jim Irsay didn’t attempt to mask the obvious.

He declared, regretfully but unabashedly, that the Indianapolis Colts were “rebuilding.”

Then along came a new general manager, a new head coach, a new stable of players and a new identity; and the term was retired.
