A $5.125 million project designed to increase production at a Crothersville auto parts factory is scheduled to get underway this morning.
That’s when Aisin Chemical Indiana LLC will have a plant expansion ceremony for the project, which was announced in early April.
Aisin Chemical general manager Tim Carter said at the time that the expansion would add five jobs to the company’s present work force of 43 and there could be more jobs added in the coming years.
“Our customers have seen increased sales, and our business has grown dramatically,” Carter said.
