Alumni banquet held at Vallonia

Vallonia High School alumni gathered June 2 in the gymnasium for their annual banquet.

Jerry and Shelby Hounshel and Anita and Roland Sturgeon greeted guests as they arrived, and Jessica and Carissa Likens served punch throughout the social hour.

The gymnasium was decorated with potted plants, red-and-white table coverings with crepe paper down the centers. The head table arrangement was donated in memory of Dennis Covert by Sandy Sunderman. The centerpiece for the 50-year class was in memory of Mona Toppe Grider and donated by Lloyd Grider. The 25-year class centerpiece was in memory of Fred Louden, donated by Peg Nicholson Louden Grider.
