“Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease: The Basics,” a free workshop on Alzheimer’s disease, will be conducted next month in Seymour.
The program will be offered from 11 a.m. to noon March 20 at the Jackson County Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour. There is no fee to attend the session, but registration is requested by contacting the Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Helpline at 800-272-3900.
This program is designed to provide basic information about memory loss. Typical aging versus problematic memory changes will be covered along with descriptions of the various causes of dementia.
