Applications open for youth refuge workers

Zach Andis learned many skills when he was involved with the Youth Conservation Corps program at Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge two years ago.

Now as a freshman at Vincennes University, the former North Vernon resident incorporates those skills into his education with his major in conservation law.

“I got involved because of the field of study that I was going into,” Andis said.
