Janet Myers, a registered nurse, and her Bernese mountain therapy dog, Bentley, presented the program for the fall meeting of Jackson County Retired Teachers.

That meeting was Sept. 19 at First United Methodist Church in Seymour.

Myers and Bentley, who Myers specially trained as a therapy dog, work as a team to bring comfort and care to patients of all ages.
