Submitted by Seymour Police Department / In a photo taken from videotape, two men are shown inside the Smoker Friendly store on Seymour%u2019s west side on Monday night. The men reportedly displayed a firearm to the cashier, took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled eastbound on foot. Anyone with information is asked to call the SPD at 522-1234.

Seymour Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Smoker Friendly store Monday night on the city’s west side.

Police Chief Bill Abbott said two black males entered the store at 1124 W. Tipton St. across from West Towne Plaza around 6:40 p.m.
