Army of workers relies on battle plan

When it comes to snow and ice, city, county and state road crews don’t get worked up about it, they just get to work.

Even before the first snowflakes of Winter Storm Euclid fell Wednesday morning, crews from Seymour’s Department of Public Works, the Jackson County Highway Department and Indiana Department of Transportation were preparing for long hours of keeping local streets and roads clear for motorists.
