After another successful season, the Seymour Lady Owls tennis team held its awards program on Monday night in the school’s cafeteria, and junior Sylvia Ashley walked away as the team’s most valuable player.

For most of the year, Ashley played No. 1 singles, and she had to play the other teams’ best player.
