Bank plans expansion in Brownstown

A community-based bank has seen enough growth in deposits and investments of all types in recent years to begin a $400,000 expansion project.

The addition of a 4,882-square-foot data center and public meeting room will allow for growth by The Peoples Bank in the coming years, President Mark Norman said.

The bank’s corporate offices are at 100 N. Main St. It has branches in Crothersville and Seymour.
