Beef prices hit 3-decade high; no relief on horizon

With grilling season upon us, rising beef prices might have some consumers saying, “Holy cow.”

This spring has produced some of the highest beef prices in almost three decades, causing concerns for grocery shoppers, restaurant owners and farmers.

According to a beef expert at Purdue University in West Lafayette, prices aren’t going to drop anytime soon.
