Adults and teens are invited to read and discuss “Unbroken” by Laura Hillenbrand with the Books By Night group.

It will meet at 6 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Seymour Library.

This informal group is led by volunteers Tim and Barb Decker.

In this novel, readers find that ahead of Louis Zamperini lies thousands of miles of open ocean, leaping sharks, a foundering raft, thirst and starvation, and enemy aircraft, and beyond, a trial even greater.

His fate, whether triumph or tragedy, is suspended on the fraying wire of his will.
