A wreck trapped three people in an overturned truck on U.S. 50 east of Seymour.

The wreck Wednesday afternoon, which involved a 2013 International box truck driven by Charles Manson, 40, of Indianapolis, created traffic issues for motorists in western Jennings County, according to a news release from Senior Trooper Stephen Wheeles.

Wheeles said Manson and two passengers in the truck, Deverrick A. Harrison, 25, and Terry Parker, 43, both of Indianapolis, were taken to St. Vincent Jennings Hospital in North Vernon with non-life-threatening injuries. Harrison later was transferred to an Indianapolis hospital for further treatment of what was described as a serious leg injury, Wheeles said.
