When you set 16 school records during a football season, there’s a good chance you’re leaving the team awards program with some hardware.

In the fall, Brownstown Central High School junior quarterback Clay Brown threw five touchdowns in three games; was 208 for 302 in passing (68.9 percent) for 2,911 yards and 41 TDs; and tallied 2,835 all-purpose yards — with all of those numbers being school records. He also only had four passes intercepted the entire 2013 season.
