BROWNSTOWN

For the second straight Saturday, the Brownstown Central softball team played a pair of games.

This time, the Braves claimed two wins, 6-4 and 11-0, against West Washington.

“(West Washington’s) first pitcher was a pretty good pitcher, and they started hitting the ball pretty good, but overall, I thought we had a very good day,” Braves coach Monte Ault said. “Our defense looked solid, and we hit the ball pretty solid.”
