Brownstown Central’s football team exacted revenge on Charlestown with an accountant’s precision Friday night.

One year after losing to the Pirates 62-10 in the 2012 Class 3A Sectional 31 finals, Brownstown returned the favor with a ledger-balancing 62-6 victory in Friday’s championship game.

Brownstown intercepted three passes, neutralized the Pirates’ running attack and took advantage of a troubled Charlestown punting game while building a 55-0 lead.
