Southridge may have had size on its side, but the Raiders weren’t the best ball-handlers.

Brownstown Central brought that out with its full-court pressure defense throughout Monday’s Graber Post Buildings Classic first-round game at North Daviess High School.

The Braves forced 12 first-quarter turnovers and led 11-2. Southridge ended the middle two quarters on runs and pulled within five points early in the fourth quarter before Brownstown responded with a 14-0 run en route to a 57-39 win.
