Brownstown native earns Bepko Scholars scholarship

Rebekah Lawson of Brownstown recently received the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis’ Bepko Scholars and Fellows Program scholarship.

This program provides financial, academic and programming support to academically motivated and civically engaged students throughout their undergraduate and post-graduate years, according to a news release from the university’s Honors College.

Students selected for this scholarship program receive undergraduate tuition (up to the Indiana resident rate), fees, a $2,500 study abroad stipend, books for four years of study and on-campus housing for their first two years at the university.
