Brownstown senior chosen for IU dance squad

Morgan Myers was recently chosen as an Indiana University Redstepper, which is a women’s kick-line group for the Bloomington campus.

The Brownstown Central High School senior auditioned for eight hours, competing against more than 50 girls — some traveling from as far away as California to try out — and was one of two upcoming freshmen to be chosen.

“I love everything about dancing,” Myers said. “I have such a creative nature, and it’s a form of expression that I absolutely love.”
