Jacob Franklin was sidelined with an injury and didn’t play in Brownstown Central’s Week 2 football game at Charlestown.

Even though he wasn’t in the game, he was well aware of what the Pirates were able to do in beating the Braves 41-3.

“From what I saw, you could tell on both sides of the ball that they have a lot of talent and they are a team to be reckoned with,” the Braves senior said. “They are a very good team. They have talent both ways. They run a lot of the same stuff, and it just seems to be successful for them. They have so many weapons, and they are just able to work with them.”
