Center displaying artist’s inspired strokes

Susie Gregory has been painting for nearly 40 years.

Dividing her time between the scenic and nostalgic hills of southern Indiana and the ever-changing yet ever-the-same marshland of coastal Georgia, the Columbus-based artist draws constant inspiration from her surroundings.

Gregory’s work will go on exhibit today at Southern Indiana Center for the Arts as the March gallery exhibit. It will feature watercolor, pastel, mixed media and oil.
