Church effort spurs ‘tons’ of support

In just three days, Seymour Christian Church has collected more than 7 tons of food to help feed the hungry.

Thousands of cans of vegetables, jars of peanut butter and jelly, and boxes of macaroni and cheese are stacked in the church sanctuary.

It’s a sight Love Lockman said fills her heart with joy. She is the wife of Pastor Bill Lockman.
