Funds help elderly, disabled modify residences to allow for home living

Seymour will apply for a federal housing grant to help elderly and disabled residents modify and improve their homes to better meet their physical needs.

A public hearing and information meeting is scheduled next week to discuss the details and requirements and gauge the public’s interest in the Homeowner Repair and Improvement Grant Program.
