City’s entrance getting spruce up



Motorists leaving Interstate 65 at exit 50 to come into Seymour soon will have a better impression of the city’s identity.

A 13-foot-high sign wall and aluminum cutout art collage is how Mayor Craig Luedeman plans to welcome visitors as they enter the city on the far east side.

He presented a drawing of what the wall and mural will look like to city council members, department heads and the public during his State of the City address.
