City’s public works board to discuss rate study

Seymour Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 11 a.m. Monday in city council chambers at city hall.

The board plans to discuss a stormwater utility rate study compiled by Reedy Financial Group and a proposed storm utility ordinance prepared by city attorney Rodney Farrow.

Other agenda items include potential awarding of contracts for stone, concrete and fuel; Police Chief Bill Abbott with a personnel request; discussion about a request for a taxicab license from Bonnie Fleming; and discussion about a transportation contract between the city and Developmental Services Inc.
