Trinity Lutheran's boys basketball team led 10-9 after one quarter of Friday's road game, but Class A No. 9 Christian Academy took the next three in winning 56-49.
The host Warriors (11-4) outscored the Cougars 19-15 in the second quarter for a 28-25 edge at halftime, and Trinity was within 40-36 going into the final eight minutes.
Craig Stuckwisch and Toby VanLiew scored 11 points apiece to lead Trinity (8-6), which had its two-game winning streak snapped. Daniel Horton added 10 points.
Christian Academy's Nic Reed led all scorers with 20 points.
