Seymour Community Schools teacher Robin Cummings feels the benefit of the school district’s new health clinic not only in her body but also her wallet.

Within a few minutes of walking through the doors she is on her way to an exam room, and less than 30 minutes later she is heading back to work.

“It is definitely saving me both time and money,” Cummings said.

The Activate Health Center opened its doors in August and serves school employees, their spouses and children by treating common illnesses; providing physicals, flu shots and checkups; and doing routine blood work.
