Jamah Wilkerson, a senior at Brownstown Central High School, recently was named the December Youth of the Month by the Brownstown Exchange Club.

Wilkerson, daughter of Denny and Pam Wilkerson, Freetown, was recognized by club member Kevin Gwin during the club’s weekly meeting.

Her parents attended the meeting.

Gwin, who is a teacher at the school, said Wilkerson represents all the aspects of what the Exchange Club means.
