Today’s low was expected to reach 7 degrees with a wind chill of minus 3. The high should reach 13. Tuesday should see the mercury plunge to minus 7 in the morning with a wind chill of minus 26. The high should be 9.
The low for Wednesday morning is predicted at zero.
