High school juniors and seniors are invited to visit Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus this fall and next spring to see what the growing campus has to offer.
The school is offering a series of programs called VIP Days for prospective students to learn about the university’s degree programs, financial aid and scholarships, the college admission process and more, Susie Blizard, director of admissions, said in a news release.
“We plan recruiting events that are fun but informative,” Blizard said. “The goal for our admissions team is to provide useful information while also allowing high school students time to interact with current IUPUC students. We want them to get a sense of the university experience for themselves.”
Each VIP Day session begins at 10:30 a.m. and ends at noon. IUPUC will waive the standard $50 application fee for all attendees who apply for admission.
Fall semester dates include Sept. 28, Oct. 12, Oct. 19, Nov. 2, Nov. 9, Dec. 7 and Dec. 14.
Spring semester dates include Jan. 25, Feb. 8, Feb. 22, March 1, April 5, April 12, April 19 and May 3.
There is no cost to attend and parking is free. Reservations may be made by calling 812-348-7303 or emailing admissions@iupuc.edu.
