Column: Release grip of grudges in your life by learning to forgive



If you are holding on to a past hurt, or battling resentment over something that has happened to you, or if you have been nursing a grudge, I want to propose a better alternative.

Forgive.

I believe God has a great plan for each of us, but some of us don’t experience it because we are chained to the past. It is because of something someone said or did that should never have happened. And what happened has served as an anchor that has held us down and held us back for far too long.
