Column: Things we do in day-to-day life what matters most to God



Just as good parents are interested in the behavior of their children, so God is interested in the behavior of his kids.

As parents, we know that children’s conduct will make a big difference in the direction and quality of their lives. No good parent would sit back and say nothing when a child is doing the wrong thing.

We would question any parents who would say, “I love my child” but then not steer the child away from destructive behaviors. It would make you wonder how much they really love their son or daughter.
