Column: You no longer have to accept sin’s authority in your life

We’ve been exploring a powerful lesson, from the Apostle Paul, found in Romans 5-7.

In Romans 6:11-14, Paul gets to the application part of the lesson. He tells us plainly that sin has lost all authority in the life of a Christian.

You do not have to say yes to sin any longer. Sin is no longer your master. Jesus Christ is the new authority in your life. Satan no longer has control.
