Commissioners weigh shifting plans for soccer field


Officials recently kicked plans for a soccer practice field in Brownstown to a new site.

Larry Raymer of the Jackson County Park Board asked county commissioners about shifting plans for a soccer field from near the county park to a 5-acre tract near the county garage.

That property would allow room for four soccer fields, Raymer said.
