Performing are front row from left, Morgan Sargent, Jess Kelley, Eli Reasoner and store owner Larry McDonald and back row, Scott Charlton, David Graves and RE McDonald. Also performing, but not pictured are Jeff Guernsey, Brycelyn Marks, Greg McDonald, Steve Langlais and Wayne Young.

Eli Reasoner has more than one reason to be excited about this week’s Seymour Oktoberfest.

Of course, there are the rides and food; but this year, Eli, 5, will give his debut performance during This Old Guitar’s annual free Oktoberfest concerts.

On Thursday, Eli will play drums with store owner and instructor Larry McDonald, or “Donald” as Eli calls him.

The show starts at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6:45 p.m. Tickets are free and available at the store, 106 W. Second St., but seating is limited.
