Conference slump continues for Seymour

The game had been decided much earlier, but a pair of Hoosier Hills Conference boys basketball coaches continued to work hard to prepare their teams for the future.

For Columbus East coach Brent Chitty, whose team raised its record to 10-2 overall and 3-1 in the conference with a 72-50 win Monday evening against visiting Seymour, the future is more immediate.

Chitty and the Olympians are doing everything they can to prepare for what should be a wild and tremendously competitive sectional.
