Indiana 9th District Rep. Todd Young will meet with constituents on an individual and small-group basis from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Seymour City Hall, 309 N. Chestnut St.

The congressman will meet with small groups of up to six constituents at a time for 15 minutes each, and constituents will be able to determine which issues they would like to talk about.
