Construction project, school lunches on trustees’ agenda

A $2 million addition and renovation project for Margaret R. Brown Elementary School will be examined today by Seymour Community Schools trustees.

The board is expected to review and approve the scope of work and give the OK to seek bids for the expansion project.

The goal is to award project contracts at the July board meeting, according to Jamie Lake, project manager from Kovert Hawkins Architects in Jeffersonville.
