Tennis has been a part of Henry Welker’s life for quite a while, and he worked his way to the No. 1 singles spot halfway through his sophomore season at Trinity Lutheran High School.
During his junior year, football started at the school, and he thought about picking that back up for the first time since his fifth-grade year. But he didn’t.
This year, as a senior, though, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity again. So he is playing both tennis and football.
