In Trinity Lutheran’s preseason scrimmage against Southside Home School, the Cougars outscored the Crimson Knights four touchdowns to three.
On Friday, the two teams will meet again, but this time, it’s not a controlled scrimmage. It’s a regular-season game.
“I remember they were young, too, and I remember they had some size,” Cougars coach Anthony Levy said. “They are very balanced between their run and their pass. It’s going to be awful tough because we’re not going to fool them. They are going to be very, very disciplined. They are very, very hard-nosed as far as they just don’t give up or roll over.”
