In its third and final junior varsity football game of the season, Trinity Lutheran defeated Eastern Hancock 38-18 on Saturday to finish 3-0.
The host Cougars led 12-0 through one quarter on a 24-yard touchdown pass from Jacob Stout to Joseph Vincent and a kickoff return for a TD by Vincent.
Eastern Hancock scored early in the second quarter before Vincent scored on a 46-yard pass from Stout. Iisakki Saari added the PAT.
Stout was intercepted with 4:48 to go in the half, but Eastern Hancock then fumbled the ball and Trinity recovered. Twenty seconds later, Stout found Jonathan Rollins for a 22-yard score.
