By the time Clay Brown, Austin Sutton and Blake Levy graduate, their names will be attached to a lot of their schools’ quarterback records.
This fall in his junior year at Brownstown Central High School, Brown set the school record for touchdowns in a game with five in the season-opener at home against Mitchell. He also threw five TD passes in the Week 8 game at Silver Creek. He has surpassed the career touchdown passing record with 40 and is close to setting several other records.
Brown enters Friday’s sectional game at Washington with 1,820 yards on 141-of-202 passing with 27 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Last year as a sophomore, he threw only 13 touchdown passes.
