County to unearth 1966 time capsule buried at courthouse

Not many people know what will be found inside a time capsule buried in the courthouse lawn in Browns-town when it is unearthed next month.

The artifacts — whether letters, pictures or other items — will belong to the county and will be turned over to the Jackson County History Center.

Jackson County Board of Commissioners made that decision Tuesday.
