Cracker Barrel names new Seymour manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store recently announced the transfer of Kristin Boettcher to the position of retail manager of its Seymour location.

Boettcher has been with the company since September 2009, most recently as retail manager in Edinburgh. Before joining Cracker Barrel, she spent six years in the retail industry.

As retail manager, Boettcher will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business of the retail store.

The Seymour Cracker Barrel, located at Interstate 65 and Tipton Street, features a working cobblestone fireplace, retail store filled with nostalgic favorites, gifts and collectibles, and traditional, homemade food.

The first Cracker Barrel Old Country Store unit was opened near Lebanon, Tenn., about 30 miles east of Nashville, in September 1969.
